Steam trains are back running to the West Country for the first time since the Coronavirus pandemic lockdown. On the 26th July 2020 Saphos Trains ran the English Riviera Express. The train was hauled by LMS Royal Scot No. 46100 – “Royal Scot”. The engine is own by the Royal Scot Trust. The trip ran from Bristol Temple Meads to Kingswear. Sadly I missed the morning outward leg to Kingswear but got to see the train as it stopped to take on more water at Taunton Station. All images taken with my Fuji XT1.
